Lightly spray heavy loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. I use 2 to prevent dough from overflowing pan when baking.2. In a non metal bowl.stir together yeast ,sugar and warm tap water.Allow to sit 5-7 minutes.3. In a seprate bowl combine egg,oil,salt , and honey. Whisk together.4. In a large bowl put 3 cups Broomfield baking mix,add liquids from steps 2 and 3 stir gently by hand . Do not over mix.5. Pour into loaf pans. Use wet finger tips to smooth top of dough.6. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper that has been sprayed with oil. Loosely place oild side down over dough and allow to rise in a warm area( 70 -80 degrees F ) for 60 minutes.7. Heat oven to 400 degrees.8. After dough has risen , remove plastic wrap or wax paper , place in oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until lighyly browen. After crust has browned cover with aluminum to prevent over browning .9. Bake additional 30 minutess.10.
