Preheat oven to 350.Mix all dry ingredients.Mix wet (eggs, oil and TWO cups of water) ingredients. Whisk well.Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir gently with a spoon. Should be medium-thick batter with some lumps. If too thick, add 1 cup of water. Stir. Repeat until medium-thick batter. Pour into WELL OILED CAKE PAN.Bake on middle rack in oven for 90 minutes. When done, turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Store in refrigerator or in freezer. DO NOT LEAVE OUT ON COUNTER.Serving Size:?Makes 36 pieces
