What Are The Ingredients For Bread- Homemade Recipe?The ingredients for Bread- Homemade are: 1/4 cup milk5 teaspoons sugar (or 1 1/2 tablespoons) 1 teaspoons salt 5 teaspoons butter (or 1 1/2 tablespoons); melted 1 package active dry yeast 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups flour Nonstick cooking spray How Do I Make Bread- Homemade?Here is how you make Bread- Homemade: Mix yeast packet in a warm bowl with 1 cup of warm water until yeast is dissolved.Add in melted butter, salt, sugar, milk, and TWO cups of flour. Mix. Dough will be sticky, just keep mixing!Add in flour 1/4 cup at a time until dough pulls away from sides of the bowl, but is still slightly sticky. You want it to be elastic, but not stick to your hands.Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead (fold, punch, squeeze, roll WORKIT!) for TEN minutes. You can use a mixer with a bread hook for this, but that's no fun! Burn some calories so you can enjoy some delicious bread! =)Shape dough into a ball and put in a large greased bowl. Cover with a dish rag and put in a warm spot (such as oven on VERY low/warm setting). Allow to rise for 1 hour.After one hour punch dough and roll out onto floured surface. Shape into a rectangle the width of a loaf pan. Roll dough into a log and place into greased pan. Allow to rise, covered, in your warm spot for another hour.Bake at 375-400 for about 30 minutes until golden and sounds "hollow" when you thump it. Immediately dump out of pan to cool. Slice and enjoy!See? That wasn't hard, was it?
