1/3 c. oil

Here is how you make Elaine's Healthy Homemade WholeWheat Bread:

Add sugar and yeast to luke warm water (do not have water too warm as it kills the yeast) Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes. Add oil salt and WW flour knead for 5 to 10 minutes adding white flour to keep dough from sticking to side of bowl. The dough should be smooth and elastic. Divide in 3 equal pieces form into loaves put in greased bread pans and let rise for about 2 hours in warm draft free area until doubled in bulk. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 325. Slice each loaf into 16 slices. Enjoy.
