Philadelphia Light cream cheese 2 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation 1/4 cup Olive Oil (plus one tsp to oil bowl where bread rises) 1 cup Water How Do I Make HOMEMADE BRAIDED SWEET BREAD?Here is how you make HOMEMADE BRAIDED SWEET BREAD: In a large bowl mix flour salt, yeast and trivia until well mixed.Heat water to warm.Pour oil and water into flour, add egg mix until dough ball forms. Sprinkle extra flour on surface, Knead dough until no longer sticky and is elastic. Put extra oil in large bowl grease sides and bottom.Place dough top down in bowl to grease top and sides. Turn dough over place in bottom center. Cover top of bowl with plastic wrap . Allow to rise for 1 hour. When dough has risen to top of bowl punch down.Place on prepared cookie sheet. Flatten dough on cookie sheet, cut 3 evenly spaced strips one inch from one end all the way through the other end.Careful not to stretch the strips too long, braid the strips, try to keep them fairly thick. Tuck ends under when you reach end of braid. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. When double brush top and sides with egg white. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and truvia make sure it is creamy. Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream cheese mixture all over the top of the bread.Bake 400* 25-30 minutes.
