Briefly mix first four ingredients in a mixer. Put 5-6 cups of flour on top and before mixing add yeast. Begin mixing adding remaining flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Dough should be a little sticky when touched. Put dough on floured counter and knead for about 5 minutes. Put into 3 loaf pans that have been sprayed down. Let rise 1 hour or until an inch above top of pans.
