Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt, butter and molasses. Coll to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast into warm water. STir in lukewar milk mixture. Add 1/2 mixture of whole wheat flour and enriched flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in rest. Knead until smooth and elastic. Put in bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Cover, let rise until double -- about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Punch down and divide in half to put into 9x5x3 bread pans sprayed with cooking spray. Let rise until the center is higher than the edge of the pan (about 1 hour).
