This works best if you have a double baguette pan(looks like a double canoe with no ends)but you can do it on a greased cookie sheet too. grease pan(s). Put ingredients in bread machine pan in order. set for dough cycle(usually takes about 1 1/2 hrs.) remove when beeps done. (preheat oven to 425deg)Turn out onto lightly floured cutting board. flatten out into about a 9 x 12 rectangle. cut down middle lengthwise. move one piece over to have room to work. roll up the dough along the long side until you have a fat cigar shape, pinch the seam together. place seam side down in/on pan. cover loosely with plastic wrap and let sit for about 15 minutes. remove wrap, brush with egg wash( 1 egg white beaten w/2tb of water) sprinkle on sesame or poppy seeds.Bake in 425 oven for 24 minutes.
