Here is how you make Artisan no-knead bread:

Have flours at room temp. I use lukewarm water and dissolve yeast with molasses, let sit until it foams. I preheat my oven at lowest temp possible (170) just to have a nice warm place. Stir in all ingredients with a spoon until well mixed. Put in covered bowl in warmed oven (turn off the oven) and let sit overnight. Next day, punch it down with spoon, maybe use a little more oats or wheat bran on outside of dough and flip it into a sprayed pan and let rest for about 30 min. Preheat Dutch oven to 450 in the oven. When 30 minutes are up, flip the dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes at 450. Remove lid, and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes for crisping.Sometimes I use potato water . Also, I like to change up my breads and will add millet, flax seed, sesame seeds for variety.
