Here is how you make Lainie's No Knead Bread:

Mix all ingredients in a sealable plastic tub (3 quart size-Rubbermaid or even the Glad resealable covered containers).Set the sealed tub in the warmest place and let it rest for 12 to 18 hours.Sprinkle a small amount of flour on a work surface. Use a dampened spatula to scrape the dough onto the flour.Shape the sticky dough into a ball by lifting the floured edges up and over the center, rotating.Coat a (non-terry) cotton towel with flour, cornmeal or wheat bran. Lift and place the ball seam side down on the grain. Dust with more of the same and cover with another towel. Let rise 1 1/2 hours.Place a covered 6-8 quart pot (dutch oven) and preheat to 500 degrees.Remove the pot from the oven and remove the cover. Take off the top towel from the dough, carefully slide your hand under the dough and turn it into the hot pot.Quickly swirl the dough in the pot (to shape) then replace the cover and bake for 30 minutes.Uncover and continue baking until browned another 15-20 minutes.Remove from pot and cool on wire rack.Serving Size: 10 slices approx.
