Place flour in a large bowl or on flat surface, add oil, splenda, yeast and salt, mix well, gradually adding milk to a consistency for handling. Knead for 10 to 15 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, covered with a towel and leave to rise until double in bulk. Knead again for 5 or 10 minutes, cut into desired size, shape, flatten a little.
