Here is how you make Oat and Bran Bread:

Mix yeast and salt with the water, then mix in remaining liquids. Stir in remaining dry ingredients, do not knead. Cover (not airtight) and allow to rise and collapse (flatten on top) at room temperature, about 2 hours.Lightly grease 9x4x3 inch bread pan. Form dough into a ball by stretching the surface of the ball around to the bottom four times, rotating a quarter turn after each. Elongate ball into a cylinder and place in bread pan.
