Then (making sure the water is still fairly warm, but not too hot), add the yeast to proof.Meanwhile, mash potato and add yogurt. Mix well (hopefully this warms the yogurt, if not, microwave for a few seconds). Then mix in the oil- stir well.In another bowl, combine flour, bran, and salt.
