Here is how you make Brunch Bread Pudding:

Cut raisin bread into bite-sized pieces and put in a large bowl. Stir in milk, beaten eggs and oats. Let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8"x 8" pan. To the bread mixture, add melted butter, brown sugar, chopped bananas and vanilla. Stir lightly untilcombined and pour into lightly greased dish. Bake 60 minutes or until set. Cool before serving.
