1.Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.2. Get a SECOND bowl that is LARGER and combine dry ingredients EXCEPT cranberries and walnuts.3. Make a WELL {dig a HOLE in the middle of DRY ingredients bowl}.4.Pour the pumpkin mixture from 1st bowl into dry ingredients 2nd bowl.5.Mix together til moistened,then add cranberries and walnuts.~Mix well.6.Spoon mixture into sprayed {with PAM or other vegetable or canola oil spray } pans measuring at least 8"x3 and 3/4" and 2 and 1/2 " height pans ~ YOU WILL NEED 2 Pans.7.
