3 c. whole wheat flour
then 1 1/4 T. salt
Place bowl in mixer stand with dough hook and add white flour, brown rice flour or spelt flour 1/2 c. at a time until a smooth, not stick dough forms(1 1/2-2 c. total)
Press dough into loaf pan or shape into rolls. Cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour.
Place into cold oven set at 400 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
