Here is how you make High Fiber Bread:

1. Grind first 6 ingredients in food processor until fine.2. Sprinkle yeast over 1/2 c. warm water and a generous pich of brown sugar. Stir. Let stand until foamy (10 min.)3. Whisk 1 3/4 c. warm water, brown sugar, melted butter, salt and the ground mixture. Beat until creamy (1 min.). Add yeast mixture and 1 c. flour. Beat 1 min. Add remaining flour 1/2 c. at a time. Knead for 3 min. Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled. (1 1/2-2 hours).4. Divide dough in two. Place in greased loaf pans. Cover with loose plastic wrap. Let rise until double (45 mins.)5. Slash tops. Make egg wash with egg white, water and salt. Brush tops of loaves.
