Here is how you make Rose's Hearth Bread:

Prep time includes rising time! If you have a mixer, it takes about 10-15 minutes to prep everything.1. Mix flours, salt, and yeast together. Stir in water and honey. 2. Knead dough until smooth and springy. 3. Place ball of dough in a lightly oiled large bowl.4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rise until dough doubles in size (about an hour).5. Flatten dough and shape into a round ball. Place on a cookie sheet with cornmeal or parchment paper. Cover with oiled plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes. 6. Place baking stone on lowest oven rack and heat oven to 475 F. 7. Cut an X into the top of the dough, spray with cool water.8. Place cookie sheet on baking stone. Place 1 cup of water in shallow pan on other oven rack.9. Bake 10 minutes, reduce oven to 425 F. Bake for another 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown and skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack.
