Here is how you make Half Whole Spelt Bread:

Sift flower, add all other ingredients. Mix by hand or with the dough attachment on a hand mixer. The dough will be quite moist and gooey. Cover, set in a warm place, and let rise 1 hour. Uncover, mix with a spoon to punch out all the air (it will be too sticky to punch down by hand) and pour into two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C) for 15 minutes, all the while letting the dough rise a bit more in the pans.
