Place raisins & cranberries in bowl. Pour hot tea over them, and stir in honey. Cover and let stand for 2 hours.Preheat oven to 350.Grease a regular loaf pan.Stir eggs into raisin mixture.In separate bowl, mix together rest of ingredients. Add to raisin mixture and stir thoroughly.
