How Do I Make Single-Serving Fresh Bread?

Here is how you make Single-Serving Fresh Bread:

Place warm water and yeast in stand mixer bowl. Let yeast dissolve. Add 1 cup of flour and start mixing with bread hook on automatic mixer. Add rest of ingredients including olive oil. Knead for a good 10 minutes. Place in bowl greased in a very thin layer of olive oil.After it rises about 1 hour. Press down and split into 10 servings. Freeze in plastic wrap and in freezer bag and use when needed.Take out of freezer, let stand 3 hours and shape into the bread you want to eat.
