5 T Greek yoghurt
5 cups flour

Knead on dough hook for 6 mins or by hand 30 times,
If using dough hook, remove when finished and knead 6-7 times, cover and leave 2 hours or so, punch down then make two long oval loaves, drizzle with more olive oil then add sea salt, sea same seeds, cumin seeds or whatever you like, bake at 190 dgs celcius for 20-25 mins, yummmmmmo!!!!
