2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp olive oil (or canola oil)
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds, hulled, unsalted

Here is how you make 100% Whole Wheat Sunflower Bread:

1. In a large mixing bowl add honey, warm water, and stir. Sprinkle yeast on top and allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes, or until the yeast i foamy. (This is called proofing the yeast)2. Add oil, and flour and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes. (This allows the flour to soak in the water and start developing gluten)3. Add salt, and sunflower seeds and mix. Remove from bowl and place on a LIGHTLY floured surface and knead for 12-15 minutes. (Be careful not to add too much flour into the bread at this stage.) 4. Shape loaf by flattening into a rectangle and folding the outside edges into the center, like you would a letter to fit into an envelope and place in a proofing basket or in a greased loaf pan.5. Allow dough to rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, or until it has risen above the lip of the loaf pan. (Usually about 1-2 hours.)6. Preheat oven to 375F, Slash the top of the loaves and bake for about 45 minutes. At the bottom of the oven place a pan with 2 cups of ice cubes, and leave in for the first 5-10 minutes of baking.7.
