Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Olive Oil, .25 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Wheat germ, 4 tbsp
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tsp
Salt, .5 tb.
Wheat gluten, 4 tsp
Yeast, Red Str Active Dry Yeast, 2.5 tsp
Water, 1 cup + 2 Tb.

Warm water to room temperature. Warm egg in a seperate glass of warm water. Put water, warmed egg, salt, oil, wheat germ, brown sugar, and flax seed into bread machine pan. Dump flour on top. Make a well in the middle of the pile of flour. Pour yeast into well and put wheat gluten on top of yeast.

Set bread machine to 2 pound loaf size, whole wheat cycle and set to crust color of your choice.

Slice into 12 slices (thin), then slice those in half to make 24.

When completely cool put into zipper plastic bag.

Freezes well. Keep in fridge to preserve freshness.
