Lightly oil 2 loaf pans, set aside.In a large mixing bowl blend together the first 4 ingredients (whole wheat flour through sea salt).In a small mixing bowl mix well the baking soda and buttermilk. Pour the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture and mix well.Place dough into prepared pans and allow for 1/3 rise.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place loaves on center rack in oven, turn oven temperature down to 350 degrees F and bake bread for 1 hour.
