Combine bulgur, honey, oil, salt, and 4 c boiling water in large bowl. Combine 1.5 c warm water, sugar, and yeast in 4c measuring pitcher; allow to sit 10-15 min. Add 2 c cool water to large bowl to adjust to warm. Then add yeast mixture, whole wheat flour, dry milk, and as much bread flour as can be mixed in with a wooden spoon. Knead in remaining flour, ~30 min. Allow to rise, covered, in greased bowl in slightly warmed oven until doubled, ~45 min. Divide into six balls and allow to rest 5 min. Shape into 6 loaves and allow to rise again in greased bread pans until doubled, ~45 min. Bake at 375F, 30 min.Serving Size:?Makes 6 loaves, 16 slices each
