Here is how you make Honey Rolled Wheat Bread:

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Mix the milk, honey, olive oil, wheat bran, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the yeast mixture and 2 cups of the flour. Add the rolled oats and enough of the flour to make dough. Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning to coat the surface. Let rise, covered in a warm place until doubled in bulk. Punch the dough down. Shape into rolls or loaves, place in greased pans. Let rise again, covered, in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
