1 tbsp oil

Here is how you make Kira's Whole Wheat Bread:

Sprinkle yeast over 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Let stand for 10 minutes, then stir to dissolve. Combine 3 cups of flour, salt and honey in a bowl. Add dissolved yeast to dry mixture. Combine milk, oil and eggs in a separate bowl and add to mixture. Knead mixture by hand or with an electric mixer. Add reserved 1/4 cup of flour to dough and continue to knead until combined.Place dough in a greased bowl and turn dough so that all surfaces are greased. Cover and let rise in a draft-free area (such as an unlit oven) til double in bulk (about 1 hour). Punch down. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a 9 x 12 inch rectangle. Roll up, jelly roll style, fromthe shorter side. Seal ends by pressing down. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.Bake in a 375F oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool.
