Beat on high speed for at least 5 min. Add yeast and change to the kneader. Mix in yeast and 1 C flour. Let rest 6 min. Start mixer again on high and while the mixer is going, gradually add more flour just until dough pulls away from the side on the bowl. Knead lightly on floured or oiled counter. Divide into 6 equal pieces. Form into loaves and place into greased loaf pans. Allow to rise until doubled or until they're 1.5" above the edge of the pan. Pre-heat oven to 350'. Bake for 30-35 min.
