Add water and mix until all of dry ingredients are absorbed.Cover with cling wrap and set in slightly warm place for 18 hours ('starter' will double in size).Dump into a greased (or sprayed) loaf pan. Save your cling wrap, spray it with oil or non-stick spray and use to cover loaf pan. Let sit in warm place for about an hour - until double in size.Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
