Add water and stir until no dry spots remain. (Dough should look like sticky cookie dough.) Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and let rest at room temperature overnight or for about 20 hours.Flour a clean work surface liberally. Using floured hands, roll dough in flour on all sides, folding over on itself a few times to form a round loaf. Place on parchment paper and cover with a tea towel, and let rise in a warm place for 2 more hours.Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Preheat dutch oven with lid on in oven for 20 minutes.
