Here is how you make wheat no-knead bread:

Combine white and wheat flours, salt, brown sugar and yeast. Mix till uniform color in a large bowl. Add 1.5 cups of water (more if needed) to create a 'sloppy' dough. DO NOT KNEAD. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in room (ideally warm place) at least 9 hours or up to 18 hours. When ready to cook, Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put an oven-proof pot with a lid (cast iron, corningware, etc.) with a lid in the oven at 450 degrees for 30 minutes to preheat. (VITAL: no metal, no plastic!!!!) When ready to cook, remove pot from oven CAREFULLY -- VERY HOT!!!! Dust corn meal into the bottom of the very hot pan (it will turn golden brown as you watch! and plop the entire lump of dough into the pot. Immediately put back into 450 degree oven with the lid.
