* Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove)
* *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
* Honey, .25 cup (remove)
* *Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast, 2 tsp (remove)
* *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
* Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

Add to bread machine in this order:
1 1/2 c Water
1/4 c Honey
2 T Olive Oil
1/4 c Gluten
1/4 c Powdered Milk
1 t salt
2 c white flour

set bread machine on bread dough and mix. After mixed leave machine running and add:

2 t Bread Machine Yeast
2 c Wheat Flour

Continue to mix until all ingredients combined.
Shut off machine and change settings to Rapid Rising Bread, light crust. Start machine. Takes approximately 4 hours to finish.

When bread finished, take pan out of bread machine - let cool for about 5 minutes. Remove bread from pan and let cool another 5 minutes. Slice.
