When mixture is too difficult to stir, place on a large board and knead as much of the remaining flour mixture in until the dough is elastic & even textured.Form the dough in a ball and place in a buttered bowl, turn it over once or twice, cover & let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Punch it down, knead a couple of times and form into a high round loaf , seam side down. Place on a buttered baking sheet coated with corn meal & let rise till doubled in size.
