Remove the hot pan and carefully flop the bread in. It will look like a mess, but it will all work out fine in the over. Cover and cook for 30 minutes; then uncover and cook 20 minutes more. Cool on a wire rack. Makes a 26 oz loaf and serving size is calculated per ounce -- an average slice is about 2 oz.
