- 2 Tbsp butter

Here is how you make Broccoli Cauliflower Flour-Free Fritters (Low Carb):

1. Finely chop cauliflower and broccoli with a food processor, mix together in a large bowl.2. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 1/2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese to mixture. Stir well.3. Add any spices you want to the mixture to taste. (I added dill, cayenne, and garlic salt to mine, but this is your call! :) )4. Add two whole eggs to the mixture and mix well again.5. Preheat 1 Tbsp butter in a medium skillet on medium heat. When butter is melted, drop 3 fritters (about 3 tablespoons of broccoli/cauliflower mixture) in the pan and flatten slightly with the curved side of the spoon.6.
