Here is how you make The Best Broccoli Ever:

Thaw broccoli and drain in a colander. You want it as dry as possible. If using fresh broccoli you will get better finished texture because it starts off drier.Preheat oven to 425.Lightly grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment or foil.Mix olive oil & garlic powder in a small bowl. Put drained broccoli in large bowl & drizzle with oil & garlic mixture. Toss well to coat, then pour out on cookie sheet. Roast at 425 for 20-30 minutes or until the edges start to brown. It may help to stir it around about halfway through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice & cheese. Salt if desired, but I generally don't.Serving Size:?Serves 6
