Here is how you make Crunchy Broccoli with Garlic:

Boil 2.5 quarts of water. Add broccoli florets and cook, covered, for about 5 mintues, just until tender. Drain & rinse w/cold water.While broccoli is cooking, heat garlic & oil in large skillet over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, about 5 mintues, until garlic is lightly golden. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, & pepper. Increase heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes, until crumbs are a golden brown. You'll want to stir this occassionally.
