Here is how you make St. Jo's Broccoli Puff:

In saucepan, cook broccoli and drain. In another pot, melt butter, stir in flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt until smooth. Add onion. Slowly stir in milk and cook until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat, add cheese and broccoli; stir in beaten eggs. Put in greased baking dish.
