Bring elbow macaroni to a boil in salt water. Cook noodles aldente. Drain; in a bowl, add half a stick of margarine stir, allowing the margarine to melt in; coat the cooked noodles with 2 beaten eggs or egg substitute evenly. Pour noodles into 8x8 cooking dish. Melt velveeta and pour as evenly as possible over noodles. On top of the noodles and velveeta, now start adding the shredded cheeses in layers; cheddar, colby jack and mozerella. Pour 1 cup of milk over the layers of cheese and noodles. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until golden on top, at 350 degrees.
