Here is how you make Darie's Cheddar Cheese Sauce:

In a sauce pan melt 2 pats of butter and stir in 1 Tbsp of flour. Gradually stir in 1 cup of milk to blend butter/flour mixture. Add 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 2 slices of American Cheese, 1 tsp horseradish, 1/2 to 1 tsp mustard, and just a splash of tobasco sauce. Heat on medium until all is smooth and well blended.Serve over either steamed cauliflower or broccoli, or both.
