The ingredients for One Week Coleslaw are:

1 21/2 lb head of green cabbage, cored and shredded
2 med green peppers, sliced
2 med onions, sliced
1/4 c plus 2 T Splenda
2/3 c cider vinegar
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp dry mustard (or 2 T regular mustard)
2 tsp salt
1/4 c olive oil

Here is how you make One Week Coleslaw:

Place cabbage, peppers and onion in large bowl, sprinkle with 1/4 c Splenda. Toss and let stand.In small stainless saucepan, add remaining 2 T Splenda, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustand (I had to use regular, but prefer dry) and salt. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 min. Remove from heat and cool. Pour over veg with oilve oil and salt and pepper to taste. Toss together well, refridgerate for several hours.
