Chop up the cabbage, carrot and onion fine. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, vinegar, splenda, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cabbage and carrot and mix together. I used red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar, but I couldn't find that as an option in the recipe calculator.
