Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields

Garlic, 2 cloves (approx)

Here is how you make Cucumber Dip for Pita Chips:

Cut off the ends of the cucumber. Cut it in 4 or so pieces. Throw it in the food processor. Remove the seed and skin from the avocado. Throw it in the food processor. Rinse your tomatoes or tomato. Throw it in the food processor. Cut up a lime and squeeze in some juice. Add some garlic, salt and pepper. Process it all together. Taste it and add additional seasoning, if needed.Serving Size: Makes 1 bowl (Should probably be 2 servings but I eat it all!)
