Blend the carrots with 1 cup of water until smooth. Add the avocado and blend again. Pour into a mixing bowl, add the flax meal and mix by hand. Spread the batter on a dehydrator tray lined with a Teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 105° for 1 to 2 hours. Flip the tortillas and remove the teflex sheets. Continue to dehydrate until the tortillas are still moist but seem dry enough to store.
