1/3 cup of granulated Splenda
1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Spray Butter (I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and Oliveo but I think Parkay makes a 0 calorie spray too.)

Here is how you make Low calorie - No Sugar - Fried Apples:

Slice and core 3 medium apples.Spray a medium skillet with the butter spray, or pour some out to be sure to cover the bottom. Heat the pan on medium until the butter and pan are heated, then put the apples in the skillet, cover and cook for about 5 minutes or so until apples are juicy. Turn the apples and sprinkle with the Splenda, evenly coating the apples. You can use more or less to taste.Cover and cook for another 5 minutes or so longer, then uncover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or so, until the Splenda and juice has thickened a bit or been absorbed.The original recipe that I used to see how many apples to use, said it was 6 servings, however if you're like me you want some food for your servings. I made this one 3 servings, which is a decent size side, and only 81 calories!
