I do not like radishes. Sorry, but I don't. Ive been reading about how good they are for you though, so when I heard someone say how their flavor changed when they were cooked, I decided to play around some. What I came up with is a fantastic faux-home fry (at least we think so!). You won't fool anyone into thinking they're potatoes, but I bet no one suspects it's radishes! We had it tonight along side an egg white/turkey/onion omelet - yum!
