Here is how you make Basil Pesto (no-garlic):

Wash basil leaves and dry thoroughly in a salad spinner. Put aside.Measure Pine Nuts into a small pan and toast over medium heat until nuts have browned slightly. Make sure to stir/flip nuts often so they don't burn! Once toasted, put aside.In your blender, place the 2 packed cups of basil, 1/2 cup of olive oil, salt and pine nuts. Blend until all ingredients have melded.Pour blender contents into a bowl and stir in 1/4 cup of cheese. Your pesto is now ready to be enjoyed!
