Combine first 5 ingredients....Bring to a boil: brown sugar, canola oil, honey and cinnamon. Remove from heat, cool 5 mins and add vanilla. Coat combined 5 ingred with the boiled mixture and spread onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 deg for 15-20 mins. Cool and break into pieces. 15 servings @ 1/2 c.
