Here is how you make Honey Granola:

Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey and salt. Heat honey briefly with the butter then add the oatmeal, stiurring. Turn mix onto ungreased cookie sheet or 9x13 pan. Spread it out evenly and Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir around then bake 10 minutes more, making sure it is browned a bit on top then take out so keep an eye on it. remove from oven ad allow t cool. dd nuts, seeds, and fruit when cool.
